• Check-in time is from 4 pm & check-out time is 10 am, otherwise by prior arrangement
• Free parking for one car per room
• Extras: wine, chocolate & flowers (48 hours notice is required)
• A deposit to the value of one night is required at the time of booking
• Group bookings are accepted but are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit

Cancellation policy: for non-group bookings, deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations made 8 or more days in advance of the arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable within 8 days of the arrival date but will refund you what we re-sell the room for if this is the case.

For non-arrivals and bookings cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking will be made.  Where bookings are reduced in the period commencing 3 days before the arrival date; the booking will be charged in full.
