Stroll through Rydal Hall’s beautiful gardens with various plant collections, sculptures and the Grot. The Grot was built in 1668 by Sir Daniel Fleming and was designed as a place to enjoy the spectacular Rydal Falls. It is one of Britain’s earliest examples of a viewing station.
Visit Rydal Mount, the historic home of poet William Wordsworth, with its beautiful gardens and stunning views. The house, adorned with period furnishings and personal artifacts, offers a glimpse into the poet’s life.
